1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wowpkr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the wowpkr website located at https://wowpkr.cam and all associated services, content and features provided therein.

wowpkr is an independent English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for adult users. By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any of our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from this Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, agent or employer without explicit written authorisation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the receipt or use of these services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline registration or to close any Account where eligibility requirements are not fully satisfied, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including — but not limited to — full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact telephone number. You must promptly update your information if any of these details change.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wowpkr will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

wowpkr applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as required by applicable anti-money laundering standards. Users will be required to submit valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card, Passport or Driving Licence), proof of residential address and, where applicable, documentation relating to source of funds. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended lawful purpose as an online gaming and information service. You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account represent your own legally obtained money and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, data mining, scraping or systematic extraction of content without prior written authorisation from wowpkr.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying software in any way.
• You will engage with all aspects of the Platform — games, betting markets, promotions and support — in good faith and in compliance with these Terms.
• You accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that wowpkr makes no representations regarding your likelihood of winning.

The Platform is provided for entertainment and information purposes. wowpkr is an independent platform and does not operate as a licensed gambling operator unless explicitly stated and verified. Users must conduct their own due diligence regarding the operator's licensing status before depositing funds.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as specified in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds and applicable processing fees, if any, are displayed within the cashier. wowpkr references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and is not guaranteed. These payment providers do not endorse or support gambling activities.

6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Satisfactory completion of all KYC verification requirements.
• Compliance with any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds.
• No outstanding disputes, investigations or suspected fraudulent activity on the Account.
• Withdrawal must be made using a method previously used for deposit, subject to operator policy.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and operator review timelines. wowpkr does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. All processing timeframes are conditional on completion of KYC verification and operator operational schedules.

7. Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") offered by wowpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. Users must read the individual bonus terms in full before claiming any promotional offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. These requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means a total of PKR 150,000 must be wagered prior to withdrawal eligibility. These figures are illustrative; consult specific promotion terms for applicable rates.

7.2 Game Contribution & Restrictions

Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute at 100%, while table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) or at 0%. Specific contribution rates are disclosed within individual promotion terms. Playing game types that carry zero or reduced contribution rates while a bonus is active may significantly extend the time required to meet wagering obligations.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

A maximum stake limit applies during active bonus periods. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake — typically PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round, subject to the specific promotion terms — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, regardless of the stage of wagering completion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of issue. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the applicable expiry period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

wowpkr reserves the right to void, withdraw or withhold any Bonus and associated winnings — and to suspend or permanently close an Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion or any other conduct designed to manipulate promotional outcomes dishonestly.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming and other wagering activities conducted through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. General principles include:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed after confirmation except where the Platform's specific rules provide for such an outcome (e.g., event cancellation or abandonment).
• The Platform's system records are the definitive source of truth in respect of all bet placements, outcomes and settlement decisions. In the event of a discrepancy between a User's recollection and Platform records, the Platform records shall prevail.
• wowpkr does not guarantee the availability of any specific sporting event, game or betting market at any given time. Availability is subject to operator configuration and event scheduling.
• Live betting markets — including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. Odds at the time of bet placement are binding.
• Winnings from games with a declared RTP (Return to Player) percentage are paid in accordance with the mathematical probability of the game. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee per-session or per-bet results.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform while underage or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's technology, content or intellectual property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and underlying code — is the intellectual property of wowpkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from wowpkr.

The wowpkr name, logo and associated brand elements are the exclusive property of the Platform and may not be used in connection with any product, service or communication without express written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wowpkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss arising from reliance on Platform content or Services.
• Interruptions to service, technical errors, third-party system failures or data breaches outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Users based on information, odds, game results or promotional content published on the Platform.
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's participation in gambling activities from a jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.

12. Responsible Gambling

wowpkr is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling as a fundamental operational principle. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools that Users are actively encouraged to utilise:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit thresholds to manage spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration notifications or cut-offs.
• Loss Limits: Cap net losses over a defined period to prevent escalating spend.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a structured break from gambling without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a specified or indefinite period.

wowpkr reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a User is displaying signs of problem gambling behaviour.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the User following satisfactory completion of KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements, provided no outstanding obligations remain.

13.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

wowpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Compliance with applicable legal requirements or regulatory directives.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion, subject to applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, as specified in the operator's licence documentation.

In the event of a dispute between a User and wowpkr, Users are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Users who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure may have the right to refer their dispute to an independent dispute resolution body, as determined by the applicable operator licence conditions.

15. Amendments to These Terms

wowpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where a change is material — for example, a change that affects User rights or obligations in a significant way — we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
